If a recall election is designed to remove a sitting governor for malfeasance, then this is a misuse of the process. It would be like removing Obama for playing too much golf.

In an exciting turn of events, on Saturday night Governor Scott Walker (R-WI) received the endorsement from the liberal Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel, the largest newspaper in Wisconsin.

No governor in recent memory has been so controversial. No governor in America is so polarizing. Everyone has an opinion about Gov. Scott Walker of Wisconsin.

Here's ours: We see no reason to remove Walker from office. We recommend him in the June 5 recall election.
