Obama's Morbid Vanity

Morbid vanity? How about "the plague of the personal pronoun?" Everything he has ever said is couched in "I," "me," and "my." The narcissism of this man would chase most guests at a cocktail party out to the deck.
At what point will the unions realize they're spitting into a stiff breeze that has turned against them?

A Rough Sunday for Team Obama

Remember: One bad week is merely seven days. Besides, if you follow MSM, Obama hasn't had a bad week at all - he's been fighting for women's health rights - an agenda which will easily overshadow the collapse and anarchy of the worldwide economy.

Stop Subsidizing Stadiums

If we're subsidizing people's recreation, Minnesota pols would be better served if they built and maintained a fleet of purple and gold bass boats. Then, on Sunday afternoons in the fall, the state could go fishing - and listen to the Packers on their radios.
If a recall election is designed to remove a sitting governor for malfeasance, then this is a misuse of the process. It would be like removing Obama for playing too much golf.
Smiling Drunk: He had a deadline and had to submit SOMETHING. But, I had the same sense when I read it. We're kindred spirits - and I haven't had a drink in 17 years!

Obama’s Campaign about Nothing

Since something can never equal nothing, it might be more accurate to say Obama's policies are an accurate reflection of the average IQ of his acolytes. In this definition it might be fair to say his policies would fit into the "retarded" or "impaired" or "deficient" part of our national population base.
The Founding Fathers were concerned with protecting church autonomy from the state. The revisionist Constitution the Left touts reads a little differently. They proceed on the assumption faith ought to be excluded from the public square, in toto. The founders felt that all faiths should have access to the public square - equally. It's a subtle, but profound difference, but it is read this way by the Left as a way of sterilizing public debate from any "infection" of faith.

Obama, Barnard and Women

Mona: Quit muddying a well-scripted deceit with an accurate historical picture. A historical revision by the Left isn't merely a requirement for them to sell their agenda, it's a means for them to live their lives without the encumbrances of critical thought. As conservatives, we object to their intellectual sleight-of-hand, but we fail to grasp it's how they execute their larceny. In the dark, truth and lies look the same.

NBC Revives Howard Stern

The Big Stink Wrote: May 18, 2012 2:40 PM
The telling stat is that only 3 million viewers are tuning into "Must-See TV." Stern would be like throwing feces in a fruit smoothie. NBC's job will be to tell you it's not only good, but nutritious.

Generation Pap

I think it was brilliant how you infused the words "twaddle" and "piffle" into a article which is, at its essence, an indictment of the narcissistic; an indictment which includes everyone but me and you.
