What? No shooting a double-barrel shotgun through the door just as the Vice President recommended?
Do not think for one minute that the apparatchiks have not considered the possible outcomes of a property-thieving scheme like the socialists of Cyprus push onto their subjects. The outcome would maybe not be quite what the government and their apologists would prefer to see. Let us hope and pray that the government begins to behave itself with at least a bit more fiscal self-discipline.
And from the first shot to the last was, I think, hardly 20 minutes. Nothing against the cops; they cannot be everywhere at once. But that is why the right to defend oneself with efficient, high-capacity firearms is so very critical to free people.
True. So many criminally inclined types are inherently cowardly, so they will not push their luck, if they think a possible victim is armed. A scientific sruvey of prison inmates in the 1980s found that they definitely feared two things about prospective homeowner-victims: (1) Big, mean dogs on the property and (2) armed homeowners.
The "let them eat cake" attitude of those who view their rights to be superior to the rest of us captures the innate hypocrisy and corruption that drives their thinking. That false sense of innate superiority in actors and government apparatchiks is exactly why the Second Amendment, the linchpin of the Bill of Rights, is so very important to common folk. Never forget that the NRA, among its earlier accomplishments, fought to enable the freedmen of th south to remain armed, when Jim Crow was pushed hard by the Democrat-infested KKK.
More than 40 million Americans now accept food stamps. No way that many "need" them, but, hey, they might as well get some benefit for voting for Mr. Obama, right?
Whatever the liberals touch turns to krapp, so they have to keep moving to contaminate new aspects of life, liberty, and happiness.
Where ever the flakey-ideas-ueber-freedom liberal crowd contaminate politics, they degrade economic opportunity, increase corruption, and create disincentives for conditions that enhance life, liberty, and pursuit of happiness.
Soon $20 trillion in debt. Evn at a low 4% average annual interest rate, that's $800 billion. There will be perhaps 150 million taxpayers. On average, irrefutable arithmetic yields an average of $5,333 per year for each taxpayer to be assessed, juts to pay interest on the debt. Not reduce the debt. Not pay for anything else. And the average figure will be higher for many, since a number of those taxpayers are excused from paying anywhere near $5,333 in federal income taxes. Imagine what a hard-working middle class producer can do for her or his family with some of that $5,333. But it shall be taken at the point of the taxman's gun. This is economic tyranny, and the greed and envy crowd who think nothing of imposing more and more taxes...
He is full of Schiff. Yes, those former students who apply dangerous ideas they learn or twist from what they were taught in school mean that teachers should be sued. Auto makers should be sued if their product is in an accident or used by a drunk driver to harm others. Bunch of frickin' idiots who begin to think their is logic or justice in blaming frearms manufacturers for any wrongdoing perpetrated by those who buy or steal their products.
His skill with firearms, his sacrifice, saved many good lives. Service to others is what placed him with the PTSD veteran. Paul is a fringe lunatic. By his rationalization anyone defending himself by any means and who loses their life in the process would supposedly "deserve it." This is why rational and fully informed people never wanted to see this nutcase as President.
