ALL gun laws are unconstitutional. All of them. If you don't think the average person should have access to a full auto M-16 or AR-15, then YOU, dear reader, are FOR gun control. Further, when we allow the discussion to be framed around what a person "needs", then we allow continuing erosion of the right to bear arms. We will lose that fight. It's not about "assault weapons", it's about "shall not be infringed," folks.

Switzerland, Israel, and Gainesboro, GA have reasonable gun laws. Everyone has to be armed. Viva la revolucion.

One town, cannot remember its name, makes it mandatory for all residents to own weapons...it is located to a metro area............crime rate with guns=0.
