Are you saying that the federal government will refuse to honor the agreement they made when Txas allowed itself to be annexed to the US? It remains a legal agreement. Should be able to settle it legally.

The idea of Texas seceding from the Union is a long time joke, but a secession petition on WhiteHouse.gov has received enough signatures to be seriously reviewed by the White House.
