Pretty sad. My sister is an anesthesiologist in Nebraska, busily paying off a heavy burden of student loans while supporting her own family. She put in years of education and training to get her MD, and now she said it looks like thanks to ObaMao her taxes are going to go up $40,000 next year. There was a time I wouldn't have ever thought it possible, but instead of being part of ObaMao's expanded free phone and 'stash' service, she is seriously considering going to Abu Dhabi to practice medicine there for a couple years as no taxes would go to ObaMao.
