William Black had 1,000+ FBI ( or was it 2,000+?) agents in one county in California for the S&L scandal and they issued 3,000 prosecutions and delivered on like 90% of those, and he has testified in Congress and all over the net on the recent meltdown and it's current continuing charade, and believe me he makes it very clear with facts there is NO ONE running the ship and there has been zero reform and utter failure with prosecution.
I think the FBI is busy with homeland security, so the fat cats can do whatever they want then walk away.
