The best economic plan would be to elimnate all illegal( unconstitutional) federal regulations and departments.
That would elimnate the deficeit, be great for job growth, great for savings, investments and worker's income in sound money.

Operate the federal government as much as possible on import taxes and get the balance from the states based on the number of people in a state.
Allow and encourage the states to assume the federal debt including the social security/ medicare debt which the per capta state rate will do and allow the states to neogtiate with debt holders. ...
