I agree that Roberts exceeded his authority and re-wrote the law, but by doing so, he did at least expose it for what it was. It'll be interesting to see how this all plays out. I'm of the opinion that the liberals are celebrating too early.

Ummm... please show me where in the constitution that the "right" to vote is guaranteed. As for the explanation of logic you ask for... why do people speed? It's because there's a very good chance... near 100%... that you won't get caught. Same here. If you're being rewarded in some way (money, beer, cigs) to commit a crime and there's only a .00001% chance of you getting caught, then suddenly it makes a lot more sense.
