The only budget that counts is the budget for this year regardless of whether Ryan's budget passes or Obama's budget passes. Next year the next congress can simply vote and have it thrown out the window. Unless the cuts are made THIS year they do not count. And plus Ryan's budget is timid at best. Obama's budget is shitty but both budgets will bankrupt this country. YOU CAN NOT spend more than you take in I would like to see American households trying to live the way the govt lives.
