Gore Claims High Ground with BS

All you have done is exactly what you accuse those guys of. Almost every one of your comments seem to have some unnecessary insult included. "Hey Kettle, hey ..kettle..." I read lots of comments from the left and from the right from various sites , each having their own slant- in almost every case it is the right that begins hurling insults first. Perhaps you should get your OWN house in order before you insult others.
Your comment is out of order. The sentence is complete and it does make sense if you know how to read and more importantly "understand" what the words say. But I suppose you won't understand this criticism either....Republicans have no room to talk about hypocrisy. Your ilk are destroying the country.
This article is typical right wing BS. (Oh lets all feel sorry for the insurance providers, Obamacare will put them out of business) Short term memory syndrome or something. Hey Mr Beauprez, what about the thousands of businesses that dropped employee health care BEFORE Obama was even elected. Because the price was jumping up to 20% per year!!!! Insurance companies are to blame for their own greed, not the Democrats and their attempt to fix the problem. (granted it is a weak attempt but at least they did SOMETHING)

Ian, does this have anything to do at all with the story? I come here to try and understand the Republican point of view. Some of the folks on these boards are very intelligent, helpful and thoughtful. Then there are guys like you.........

As much as I'd love to defend my party on that, unfortunately you are correct. Bush got the shaft and bad press while the local level dems REALLY screwed the pooch.

Why would you want to abolish the animal RFID? It is a great tool to help you find a lost friend who can't speak for himself. As long as it stays in animals, it's a good thing. I don't know about you, but my dog is an important family member, who doesn't happen to speak our language, and I would welcome any tool in the search if she became lost.

Paranoid - You just have to realize that among a lot of very intelligent, thoughtful, and considerate folks on these boards - there are always going to be the fools who blindly believe the GOP dogma and take every opportunity to hurl insults and stupidity. Unfortunately I see a lot of that same behavior from the liberals who post here too. You just have to pick your battles and reply only to the decent thinking folks. Idiots like Carlos are a lost cause.
John - you do a massive disservice to your party by still resorting to the 'birth certificate' thing. Do you REALLY believe the GOP is so hopelessly ineffective and powerless that they could not enforce one of the most basic requirements for POTUS? Surely there are enough resources in your party to make sure Obama is a natural born citizen. Are you actually saying the GOP let this HUGE opportunity to unseat Obama slip by for this long? I'm sorry, but that just seems to show an enormous lack of faith in the abilities of your own party members. Do you think the Democrats would let this type of opportunity slip by if there were any question of a Republicans birth status? Oh hell no... we'd be ALL over it until the truth was forced to...

Yawning at Assassinated Troops

Semperfi - You make a decent point, however I think it unlikely. Our military is the most badass force on the face of the earth. I did not get called to Vietnam, so I can not even begin to understand the terror our troops face every day. But face it they do and they VOLUNTEER for that duty. (I am in awe of every single one of our heroes.) No matter what the government does, it's the common folk like us who will keep the drive alive through our admiration and respect of those brave enough to take the call. I may be full of crap but I believe in Americans.

So there are no Democrats at all in the military? No Democrat mothers mourning the loss of sons or daughters? You are somewhat misguided in your flippant observation....
