Atheist is a word that comes from the Greeks. In basic it means "without God". Atheist in general, dont believe in God, and/or that a god created and controls the universe, nor the existence of deities. But like Mr. Giles point, they use to just ignore holidays of Faith. Or at the least, just argue their disbelief. Atheist are not the only ones against God. But know matter what faith people have or dont, they do a good job making money off of the holidays. Trying to make money off of people by using the holiday, and then complaining about the holiday is Hypocrisy. I must say in fairness, I have witness those claiming to be Christain act the same way. I prefer this holiday to be called Christmas...Merry Christmas...Jesus is the reason!

I agree with you. He can't favor the masses if he had strict morals. If he is, or was of Christain faith, he let himself go. But he will get voted to stay. The socailist taking over free market and health care will pay hard to keep him in. Just remember, God is in control.

When I was in the Scouts, nobody ever talked about such things. That was over 30 years ago. First of all, being gay is against God. If you are going to let being gay in the scouts go on, then how is a child to uphold morals? If you teach a child its ok to be gay, then you are teaching a child to have pre-adulthood/pre-marital sexual relations. Then we have a domino effect. Let the kids carry guns at the meetings. Pass the beer around while you're at it, too. Somethings burning. Do you want your children to become this way? I know the Scouts don't claim to be a Christain association, but when I was in the Scouts we were being tought the same morals. To do right and not to be selfish. If you open the door to one inmoral, then the rest...

You know what? ETV and the History Channel should put out a weekly program explaining each section of the US Constitution. A program in which lawyers get to tell the people(US Citizens)what it really means and what our rights and responsibilities are as US Citizens.

Its like everyone wants to play a part in it, but not as a whole. As it was intended to be. A Nation as a Whole. And yes, we have too start with the borders and all teritories of the USA. The time has come to stop selling out and the leaders put their money where their months are.

There is one thing brewing up on Earth that all nations openly are not saying - I see another cold war coming, and it has nuclear written all over it again. Time to put Reagan's Star...
