Bubba Clinton did have surpluses but only because the Conservatives forced a budget on him along with a reform of Welfare that Obama the Annointed One has destroyed.

Very correct. Left with a Dem Congress, Clinton increased spending and taxes which cut GDP in half and started an increase in unemployment. That is why the Repubs won the House and Senate in 1994. Clinton was very good as a counter-puncher to Congress and was reelected based on him actually fulfilling his 1992 promise to reform welfare. It didn't hurt that Dole was not much of an opponent as the boomers became the dominate voting block and Dole was a WW II era guy.

It's time to  look back at predications regarding the non-stop sitcom that's known as the Obama Administration, 2012.

I won some, a lost a few too. Okay more than a few. But some of the more outrageous predictions, like Barney Frank's wedding, panned out.

The first three years of the Obama administration has largely been a re-make of that American television classic Happy Days with Obama starring in the role of the Fonz.

What's in store for the coming year? Well don't change that dial.
