If a culture allows its government to compromise its ONLY way to overthrow a tyrannical ruler, (civilians owning fighting firearms) then that government will BECOME the puppet of a tyrannnical ruler. It is not pretty, but not being pretty does not make it false. Many have the idea that being "Fair and Compassionate" are more important than having the CHOICE, to be, and to what EXTENT, be fair and compassionate. Modern, MODULAR firearms, are different only in looks from older ARTISAN firearms. Gun control is the deliberate throwing away of ALL individual rights.

Barack Obama on Gun Control Executive Order: More Gun Tracking

President Barack Obama just wrapped up the final press conference of his first term in which he was questioned multiple times about his plans for gun control, either through legislation or executive order. Vice President Joe Biden is expected to deliver gun control recommendations to Obama tomorrow after gathering information and ideas from various groups last week as part of his gun control task force.
