"Currently, 744,000 doctors practice medicine in the United States. But 250,000—one in three of these doctors—are over age 55" https://www.aamc.org/download/82874/data/helpwanted.pdf
Liberals have chosen to ignore the fact that one third of practicing physicians are over 55. Those close to retirement age may choose to shutter their practices rather than comply with Obamacare's costly requirements which include an EPR that will cost upwards of $20,000 to implement. A two or three man private practice with partners who are near retirement may simply choose to hang up their stethoscopes. One must keep in mind that Obamacare was never intended to succeed. It was designed to fail from the start. Once Obamacare implodes, it will be far easier to herd people into a nationalized health care system with rationing, shortages, centralized price fixing, apathy and a steady decline in quality of care.
" The White House can go around Congress by allowing medical doctors from third world countries (whose standard of medicine is probably 15 years behind the US) to fill the shortage." I think they are already doing that.

One third of MDs are over the age of 55. Many will opt for retirement rather than comply with Obamacare. Good luck finding someone to take care of you and your familia, Fausto.
Thus far they have not been given the opportunity to do so. Give the citizens of TX a free hand to defend their border and expect to see alot fewer illegals sneaking into the US.
Last time I checked there were quite a few oil refineries in LA and TX...
