You seem to use common sense and logic when backing up serveral of the issues you mentioned. Yet this is not used on gun control or abortion rights. Universal background checks is favored by over 80 percent of the country. Abortion is favored by over 60 percent of us in the 1st trimester. This is called using logic and common sense. I'd rather use this than some innate belief that leaves those against these issues to seem like morons.

How come some people don't mention that a 3 month old fetus is not a child. Early term abortions are a womans right. Only a fascist would want to remove 'early' choice from a woman. The right concentrates on late term abortions because that a huge percentage of pro-choicers also feel that that procedure is abhorent. Other than serious birth defects and the life of the mother are good reasons for late term abortions. A little common sense and sheer logic should be sufficient in when to allow abortions to be done. Both seem to be left out by right wingers who are unable to use their minds in forming opinions on this issue. Since a month old fetus has no developed brain or heart, I can see why right wingers ifeel the way they do.

The majorty of our people agree with the right to choose as long as that decision is made in the 1st trimester. After that time, pro-choicers become pro-lifers. Unless a genectic defect is deteted or a threat to the mothers life is found, we are all pro-life. Our decisions are created by logic and common sense. Not some religious belief. Bring up reality rather than things that are far away from the edge of reality.
