As the Majority Whip in the senate, Eisenhower was president. Johnson defeated the exact civil rigths bill the republican introducted in 1954 and 1956. But passed it in 1964 as the POTUS saying " Those stupid ni_ _ ers will be votin' democrate for 2oo years" . He was a dispicable man that hated Blacks and he esclated Vietnam He was a vile man. Almost a bad as Oblameo. But hey just a normal Democrate.
