Of course, Anne!
Hey, Anne. Its been a busy week at the courthouse. I hope you've been keeping the libs in line!
Off-topic, but I just read this at the Drudge Report. Typical Obama.... "In its quest to implement stealth amnesty, the Obama Administration is working behind the scenes to halt the deportation of certain illegal immigrants by granting them “unlawful presence waivers.” The new measure would apply to illegal aliens who are relatives of American citizens. Here is how it would work, according to a Department of Homeland Security (DHS) announcement posted in today’s Federal Register, the daily journal of the U.S. government; the agency will grant “unlawful presence waivers” to illegal aliens who can prove they have a relative that’s a U.S. citizen."
What the hell was I thinking? We were just talking about Cabrera being moved because of Fielder and I totally misspoke. Sorry, Matthews! I'm a Tribe fan - did you see that Asdrubal Cabrera just signed a 2 year extension with the Indians?
They will still vote for Obama. Remember, this is no intelligent test allowed at the polls. Sometimes I think my daughters are/were the only College Republicans on campus.
The election is months away. $5 gasoline and little economic improvement may send Obama packing for Chicago. The White Sox can use an extra fan with Miguel Cabrera taking over fielding duties at third base.

Save your political viability for the future, Senator Santorum. Drop out now. Governor Romney is the inevitable GOP nominee, so its time to coalesce around the Governor for the November race. As we can see from Obama's vitriolic and dishonest attack upon the Ryan budget, Obama is trying to make this a 'choice' election versus an election based on his horrendous record. Governor Romney needs time to raise campaign funds and focus on the general election. The future of America is at a critical juncture that calls for decisive action by the Republican Party. We must win the White House or, minimally, keep the House and win the Senate. God bless the GOP in its efforts to correct America's future course. -- Tampa Dave

Minimally, I hope we keep the House and take over the Senate to prevent Obama from further ruining the country after November. A Romney win would be nice, however.
Michelle Obama better leave my single malt Scotch and cigars alone. Otherwise, I'm filing a claim against the United States under the Cruel and Unusual Punishment Clause of the Eighth Amendment.
Aura, one of the problems with ObamaCare is that it allows people to game the system. They freeload for a small annual payment, then immediately purchase a health care plan when they become ill or injured with very little penalty. Once they are cured, they are permitted to drop their insurance policy once more.
When was the last time you consulted your Black's Law Dictionary, Resist? I haven't used mine for decades. I received my JD in 1985, back in the days when we researched the law in stuffy old law libraries. Everything is on-line these days. Sometimes I feel like a dinosaur....
