The millionaires of the world no longer travel to America for care. They go elsewhere. Where don't they go? Socialized systems like Denmark, Canada etc. They go where service, value, and quality are held highly. Where markets are free of onerous regulation. Could you please list those countries where they do go. And if you could include how they pay for the service they receive. Thanks.

If an opportunity of station, or power, or profit has presented itself then there are people such as Sharpton, Jackson, Bell, Wright, Farrakhan, the Obamanation, who will gladly be willing to "manage" their followers to their self-serving advantage.
