If anyone is familiar with IRC I could set up a channel, it's a little complicated but not too bad and is the best way to do it.
Basically you just need an IRC (Internet Relay Chat) client, something like mIRC, and you can just create a channel where anyone can join and one of the regulars could be an administrator.
Since most of the data in post-election polling has offered little beyond a parade of ugly news, here's a glimmer of hope from Gallup:

You would need to get enough people interested since it is not a open forum.

There are alternatives at other sites. But a place for open debate with a neutral moderator would be nice.
