Sorry, Deckard - this took place in New Jersey. In NJ, the New Jersey Extortion (Education) Asssociation (yes, I spell it that way deliberately and with malice!!) almost OWNS the statehouse. They hate the Gov with a passion (even calling for his assassination) and are ruthless with their power. They will destroy anyone who even questions them - and will with no compunction go after kids IN THE CLASSROOM to bully people. This is a poster situation where any other commercial employee would be fired summarily for cause. (Can you imagine a bank clerk calling a customers' kid a b a s t a r d? Or coming in hungover and bragging about it in front of customers? But the NJEA will rally round this dirtbag... obama delenda est

And although the super of the Cherry Hill ($$$$) school district said this teacher was dismissed, it (the teacher) was only reassigned to one of the High Schools. shuffle away... and still on the taxpayers dime...

The problem was, his son had always been a happy, well behaved child. After six months of unproductive meetings and talks with teachers about his behavior, Chaifetz sent Akian to school with a wire on. What he found is disturbing. The teacher is heard talking to the children about "heaving" due to a hang over and it turns out, Akian's "bad behavior" only occurred...
