Since the U.S.of A., is already committed to spend $500 - 600,000,000 for 'rebuilding' the infrastructure of Haiti, why not procure a few thousand acres of Haiti - and create a long-term investment, that would include benefits for American - and, Haitian future interests, such as:
Build permanent infrastructures; governmental buildings and roadways of concrete and steel, to give Haiti modern Educational; Hospital and Medical facilities; bases for Haitian Civil and Military Airports, and Sea Ports.
Would be better to build permanent concrete and steel housings - instead of a 'corrugated sheet and tent cities'
Like I said: the U.S.of A., is going to 'pay for all of it anyway'. Such construction jobs would be a...
