Why don't we have anniversaries for Obama's many resignations (unfinished terms)....or Biden's or Hillary's? They left one elected office or another to do something else, yet noone seems to see it is the same.

Update Obama sent a videotape to be played during the closing ceremony. Without notice it was played near the beginning of the show the was before approx. 100,000 spectators in the areana (~45 - 50,000 scouts...the rest alumni). It was a short message and was booed for about a minute and a half at the start. The remaining minute or so of the message was met with silence. There was no applause at the end.
