Not only should executive pay be capped on government owned companies, I believe there should be a cap on executive pay for all public held companies. There is no reason for a CEO to be paid $150M per year. Stock options are a different story. If the value of the company goes up, sure give him options to exercise at 100% of lowest in prior 12 months. If the company is not publicly held, leave them alone...but as soon as they go public, put a limit of 1000 times the lowest full time employee's compensation.
A US Marshall should have been able to arrest anyone attempting to detain a senator or representative on their way to a session. I hope he brings one with him next time.
Dontchaknow the truth is whatever the powerful say it is. We have moved away from requiring truth to be consistent with reality. The rule-of-law was up for debate regarding whether it is OK to kill your declared enemy in war. Many support what the sane recognize as foolishness.

Oh Really, What is the founding of a nation? Is establishing the court system part of founding of a nation? When did that occur? What other things are part of found of a nation? How many of these were completed by 1789? I would say our 'founding fathers' were the ones who established the foundations of our government...that did not all happen in the first ten years!

#1 Michele was never on the school board. So it would be pretty hard for her to make that Aladdin plea, let alone resign!
She voted against the bailouts, even though Obama pushed them while Bush was still in office...and she liked W.
The GM China plant is being done at the direction of Obama's car czar!
I've heard more Lutherans state they think Obama is the anti-christ than I have heard them state words of derision concerning the pope.
Well I wonder if being a socialist is anti-American? If it is...and many Americans agree...then the liberal media should have done some investigation of his values before the election. Her comment was more a Nostradamus comment, than something radical.
You still have not stated what...

Now that you attacked her family and friends, can you tell us one position on a political issue where she is wrong on?
She voted against the admins socialist agenda.
Do you like where the bail-out trillions went?
Do you like the idea of GM (Government Motors) closing the US plants to open mfg plants in China?
Are you against all Lutherans?
She may not agree with every stand they have taken.
What is she for that you are against?
What is she against that you are for?
Why do you support those who support ACORN fraud and child endangerment? Are you a pedophile,Fred? Are you a socialist? Are you a thief? Do you hate America? Or, do you just hate everyone?
Take a look!
This guy pretty much spells it all out.
Both registration fraud and voter fraud.
As well as the left's attempt to cover it up.

Ted, Ted, Ted,
My employer does not need to follow state guidelines because they do business in more than one state.
The state health insurance laws do not apply to them.
They are subject to the federal guidelines.
All that is needed is to allow insurance companies operating in multiple states to have the same discretion as large interstate corporations now have.
Simple?
I think so!

Many government workers retire, after thirty years on the job at full salary, in their early fifty's. They then work other jobs to qualify for SS benefits at age 65. They are just taking advantage of the rule as they are written. Until taxpayers elect law makers to resolve the inequities, they will just keep paying for government workers to retire at full salary at 52. I know many who have...from Tacoma to Minneapolis. We are just a bunch of chumps.

Truly entertaining.
I watched FoxNews as Brit repeated Christ's offer of forgiveness to yet another lost soul. Forgiveness and a fresh start accompanied by a helper who would stick close to assist in overcoming the many who would continue to accuse and point the finger of shame. There is truly no offer like it in the world.
For Christians to state that Ann did not include the prime details contained the Bible's 66 books is radical stupidity. We should be thankful for Brit and Ann for once again repeating the gospel invitation.
For non-Christians to belittle the power of the message is beyond stupidity. It like a barnyard chicken clucking to the soaring eagle overhead that there is nothing special about flying. The value of the...
