I say for the rest of us to stay out of the weeds. We can oppose the dufus Hagel by the following statement/question: "OJT? Not at a critical agency charged with American security during a time of unprecedented cuts in budget". Pretty simple. Most people can see anyways that with all the hearing prep, he was still not knowledgeable on the issues and seemed to be on some kind of drugs. He looked like he was channeling the Twilight Zone or the Sixth Dimension. I don't know how Obama could have nominated him and I don't know how Democrats can approve him if the good of the country is the reason for the position.
