Speaking of college/university students, We live in a two university town with a total enrollment of close to 45K. Seeing many of these students out and about, I have asked several lasof them throughout the last month or two what kind of job prospects they have when the graduate. Many have said that they are waiting for "you know who" to create all these jobs that they will have access to. I don't comment but wish them luck. Many as far as I can tell voted for "you know who".

A couple of years back I ran into a recent college graduate who was complaining that he couldn't find a job. I asked him where he had looked. He gave me this look as though he thought I was crazy and then he said, "I haven't looked anywhere." I then asked him how he expected to find a job if he wasn't actively looking. Again he gave me that look and said, "It isn't up to me to find a job, it's up to the government to find me a job." I just shook my head and walked away.

They might learn one day that jobs are created by a free unhindered market. The only thing Government intervention in the market does is warp it or restrict it. No Pol can make or create jobs.

"Our colleges are producing a nonstop stream of retards."

Not if they know the truth before they ever attend college. One of my kids has graduated college and the other is just starting. Neither of them buy the BS the colleges present, because I've talked to them intelligently about politics for many years.

Bill904, that is precisely the reason Democrats don't want children exposed to fathers any more; some wisdom just might rub off!

But, not to fear: If our schools are not producing retards at a sufficient rate to elect Democrats, we will surely keep the southern border open for more native born idiots!

One bright spot of Barack Obama's re-election was knowing that unemployment rates were about to soar for the precise groups that voted for him -- young people, unskilled workers and single women with degrees in gender studies. But now the Democrats are sullying my silver lining by forcing Republicans to block an utterly pointless tax-raising scheme in order to blame the coming economic Armageddon on them.

Democrats are proposing to reinstate the Bush tax cuts for everyone ... except "the rich." (Why do only tax cuts come with an expiration date? Why not tax increases? Why not...
