He does have a basis: he was phoned by a Bain insider who told him Romney hasn't paid any taxes in ten years. And Romney, unlike previous presidential candidates, including his own father, won't release his tax returns. You do the math!

Harry Reid is the 2012 version of Joe "A Red is in every corner of the government" McCarthy. You made the allegation, Harry...now produce the proof or Silencio!!!
