LMAO, goshdarn Libtard doesn't understand that a snow storm is weather, not climate. :)
Chicaree, quit believing everything you read. Farmers are fine. They pray for rain when it's dry and curse the rain when it's wet. This has been going on for centuries. 2012 wasn't the warmest year ever. The US isn't the globe. ID10t. Globally, it was one of the coolest this century. And, there is no increase in extreme weather events. There's an increase in news coverage. Crops aren't failing from heat and drought any more than they always have.
Yeh, John it's fascinating, even before Nemo hit we saw the nutters lining up to explain how snowing in the NorthEast during winter is caused by global warming. The nutjobbery is becoming hilariously desperate. Now, weather, any weather, even snow in the winter, is proof positive of climate change. One wouldn't think that we'd have to point out that it has, in fact, snowed in the winter prior to our industrialization and that it has continued to snow in the winters, seems like every year!?!?! And even then you'll be called a denier! For those clinging to this idiotic notion, and that global warming has caused an increase in precipitation in the US, http://suyts.wordpress.com/2013/02/08/more-of-the-moreless-cagw-proofs/
Uhmm, no, that's not what Ransom is doing. What he's saying is that weather is weather and that's not climate. Or, did you bother to read the article?

He was never a skeptic. He only called himself one after he started the BEST project. Muller is a showman, and certainly not an expert on the subject. http://suyts.wordpress.com/2012/07/29/muller-never-was-a-skeptic/

Maybe not, but they did grow barely. How's their barley crop today?

LOL!!! Eric, have you looked at the paper? The dolt actually believes he knows what the temps were in 1753 by looking at 10 thermometers all in Europe or North America. http://suyts.wordpress.com/2013/01/20/does-coloring-large-error-estimates-make-the-paper-any-more-valid-best-published/ It's less than sophistry.

Steve, you're more than welcome to pop over to my site.... http://suyts.wordpress.com/ You may find people there more cordial. And certainly better informed than many commenting here. I try to make a climate post about once a day. I'm a skeptic, conservative, and a Christian. But, all opinions are welcomed. (My shameless plug.) At various times at Townhall, I've tried to engage the so-called "consensus science" people on the science, but, they don't seem to know any of it. They just pop over here and say 99% of something say something without looking at what they're really saying.

Troubled invents numbers to show scientists agree. You realize every time you do that, it makes rational people believe you don't know any of the science you seem to be supporting. It's really funny stuff. Atmospheric CO2 has increased 1% of 1% of the total atmosphere. ~ 100ppm. Considering that the IR absorption bands of CO2 is quite small, there's no reason to believe CO2 does anything of any significance, other than assist in plant growth. But, you science quoters know all about that, right? I'm tired of leftists pretending leftist scientists are the only ones with scientific opinions. Just because climate alarmist/wealth redistribution advocate Jim Hansen's outfit says it's so, doesn't make it so. He's an embarrassment.

Ain't, your spewing your 99%...... no one disagrees that the climate changes. In fact, skeptics were the first to say it always changes and there's nothing unusual about what we're seeing today.

Fascinating, aintnothing invents a statistic and then claims others a owned by their ideology. Ain't, I've read many exclaiming an overwhelming consensus, upon inspection we see the claims don't stand up to the light of truth, but in all of them, I've never seen a 99% claim. You are truly owned by your ideology.
