I love Dr. Williams and think he is the most knowledgeable in economics. I would venture to say that years ago, we had less government assistance available and the mindset back then was earn what you have. More people, black or white actually worked for a living, no matter where on the social ladder, rather than waiting for the government to send them a check on the first. When we get off the socialism mindset, then the job market will increase. And who was it that said that the youth should get rid of the tattoos, piercings and baggy pants? I would want to hire ANYONE who looked like that...black or white...or hispanic.
