There shouldn't be a voting age at all. If you're a citizen and can read the ballot, you should be able to vote. Equality for all, or oppression for all.

They're not mature enough because they're not allowed to grow up! Teenagers are treated like children and children are treated like babies. It's parents' and teachers' fault that today's kids and young adults are so inept. The answer is to give them more responsibility at a younger age, not strip them of their rights as citizens.
