You Aren't Bipolar, You're Just a Jerk!

Thank you for so accurately nailing the "bi-polar"/psychobable nail on the head! My husband and I couldn't agree with you more. God wants us to be others' oriented. As far as "chemical imbalances," just as worry will change your stomach acids enough to give you an ulcer, self-absorption and sin (accompanied by unreprented guilt) can also cause other "chemical" imbalances. These are a RESULT of behavior that is inconsistent with our Creator's plan for our lives. The best cure is turning whole heartedly and willfully to His provision - His Son, Jesus Christ, who came to set us free from guilt and sin, and the promise of a changed and new life as we live for Him and others.

The RNC Debacle

Many, many people are thirsting to see some semblance of integrity and morality in their leaders, especially disillusioned GOP voters and perhaps even disillusioned Democrats. Steele's lack of integrous leadership at a crucial time in our history is undoing any progress being made for Congressional reform. If we can't trust the party chairman and his team with our campaign finances, we certainly can't trust their hand picked candidates with our finances in Congress. I will continue to send $$ to candidates I think are upstanding and truly conservative - not the kind of candiates strip joint patrons want to pick to represent my interests in Washington.

No Winners in Boycott of Arizona Law

San Diego City Council also jumped on the boycott Arizona bandwagon. As a result, according to an article I read yesterday, Arizonians have responded in kind by cancelling about $10 million worth of tourism biz with San Diego already (who can't afford the loss). Although the SD City Council deserves what it gets, everyone needs to step back and look at the broader agenda here. Just as the Obama Administration and Congress attempt to pit people groups against one another by their misinformation on policies, they took it one step further to pit one state against another. Isn't this simply a technic out of his Saul Alinsky playbook to create division and separation. The enemy isn't Arizona or the foolish city councils who tried to...
The only reason this Administration would want to bailout the print media is so that "he" can have control over the press. Every institution who has received government bailout money has become a "servant to the lender." Immediately upon dispensing our tax dollars to these entities, next follows acquisition in one degree or another, then new regulations over the entire industry...which forces (or will force) out competition. This is nothing more than part of an agenda to take over every aspect of American life for greater control over individual liberties and lives. And it's not to promote the philosophies of a Constitutional Republic. When will anyone in Congress be alert enough to notice the big picture and protect this Nation?

ACORN Scandal Has Deep Roots

Claiming the actions of the ACORN staff caught on video stems from community proverty and crime levels is bogus...a smoke screen. These people didn't look or talk like brain surgeons, but they were able to readily rattle off the steps necessary to conduct illegal activities without getting caught, tax evation, etc. Someone trained them. Since they all offered the same type of advice, we can certainly assume it was part of the community organizing training they received from their ACORN supervisors.
