When? how about for the last four years. When Romney dropped out in 08 McCain hired most of Romney's staff. Then when it became apparent that Palin would put McCain in the white house ruining Romney's shot in 12, Romney's former staff began their vicious attacks and they have continued to this day. Evidence Palin not being invited to the convention.

Last night in an interview with Fox News host Greta Van Susteren, Sarah Palin fired back at former Vice President Dick Cheney for saying she was a "mistake" for the VP position in 2008. Her remarks on the issue start around 7:20.

He characterized me as being a mistake, here's where the mistake would have been Greta, I believe it would have been had I not answered the call. I was honored to run for Vice President of the United States along side Senator John McCain. I was honored to accept the nomination from the GOP.
