I was raised a Republican and have considered myself Republican for about 50 years. Now I feel like we have a one party system: Democrat vs. democrat-lite. There is no longer a conservative choice for us to vote for. I voted for Gary Johnson. We need a conservative choice other than the Whig/Republican Party.

Surfcitybob: you did the right thing by voting your conscience. Your vote was not the same as "a vote for Obama". Those who vote for Romney are actually voting for eight more years of Obama-style policies, since Romney and Obama are both Progressives trying to implement very similar policies.

The Tea Party News Network has released their endorsement editorial just four days before the 2012 presidential election. Their choice? No one. The group is strongly opposed to another Obama term, but remains skeptical of Mitt Romney, despite knowing he is the best choice in this race.  The trust but verify approach is being taken towards a Romney presidency.
