I turn to Merriam-Webster online dictionary usually.....they say it is defined as "in a majorly way" a) primarily b) extremely Sometimes just simple use of a word gets it recognition, I forget the rules exactly, but something like getting used 250,000 times in a major media format, at least on tv and newspapers, possibly online media now also. Might be interesting for you, as in anybody, to look up

America needs to rally behind him. I just got done reading the filing papers that both Obama and Romney are being challenged as eligible presidents....that's right, Romney too. I'm not too sure about that one, but the papers are filed and are public record. We don't need to waste our time anyways, Ron Paul is an advocate for the Constitution, has been for 30 years, and the entire time has been warning against unnecessary wars, big government, corporatism and Congress complacency

Reduces uncertainty for those previous ineligible as citizens, but who were living off the fat of the land, and gives license to continue to do so and further. increases uncertainty for those who have been natural born citizens, and legally naturalized citizens and also increases uncertainty about the true intentions of our president. Is it re-election or returning to prosperity? New tax-payers did not need to be created, and considering the fact that most of the people have not been legally able to obtain jobs, chances are they will be filing for entitlement services just as quick as they receive their reprieve

Clinton/Bush/Obama The Three Stooges of the New World Order for a broke America. Clinton signed the bill for lax mortgaging, the single biggest factor for the collapse, so don't throw it all Bush, just cuz Obama said so

I'll have to look up this up for confirmation, but I read that those who cross the Gulf have every right to be here, it's just much harder to do so. It's those who cross the actual border that get the attention of law enforcement and are considered illegal immigrants

We're in the nice four years. I can't imagine how far he'll take it without having to worry about re-election

It's very reminiscent of LBJ, "I'll have those Negroes voting Democrat for the next 200 years!"

Keep in mind, words are powerful, but mean absolutely nothing when outspoken by action
