OH, JUST STOP IT! Stop calling programs, like Social Security, welfare programs just because money is paid by the government. Good people, hard working people, paid into Social Security. It is not like welfare, Section 8 housing, the-baby-daddy-won't-pay-child-support, who-know-who-the-baby-daddy-be-support, free cell phones and other extravagant give-aways that are programs that have no source other than the working person's taxes. Many of them are duplicate, triplicate programs. George W. Bush, the non-conservative, started the free cell phone program in 2008. Shame on him and the GOP RINO CINOS for non-conservative programs that are unneeded and quickly mushroom.

SS never was limited to some investment formula applied to what was paid in... that's the problem. It is semi-welfare.

Louisiana Gov. Bobby Jindal continued his critique of the Republican Party and its 2012 presidential contender Mitt Romney on Sunday as he argued for the GOP to become a larger tent party.

Romney drew a firestorm of backlash from fellow Republicans when he told donors on a conference call that President Barack Obama defeated him because of so-called “gifts” that he gave to...
