Ever hear the saying, "set a thief to catch a thief"? We employ unsavory types all the time to go after the REALLY unsavory types. Why should the procecution of Mr Holder and Mr Melson for their part in the Murder of two Border Agents be any different. In our history, many of our best Lawmen have at one time or the other, been on the wrong side of it. Hell, one member of the Senate, a Democrat, I believe, was even, can you believe this, a member of the KKK at one time. And yet, listening to your side, he was one of the greatest champions of civil liberties and social justice there ever was (see the speeches given at his funeral for the refernces).

I do not think that AZ has to wait to bring Mr Melson or Mr Holder to book on this. It's called Felony Murder and is the act of engaging in a criminal activity which leads to someone's death (the two Border Agents). It happened in AZ, they can take it to a Grand Jury there. Warrants can be issued there. I do beleive Virginia would not be amiss to the extradition of either of them. Perhaps Maryland could also be talked into it. Then we'll see who wishes to talk. Barry could still issue a blanket pardon for it, but it would be his political end, if he did.

1)The ever elusive independent voter who is beginning to feel some buyer's remorse,

2)The awakening working stiff who is now unemployed for the first time in his life,

3)The elderly with reduced benefits,

4)The disillusioned young, who now are beginning to see that they've been cheated.

Let the old school DNC keep preaching to it's choir. But we, if we would succeed in changing the course, must preach our gospel in a different way. Time to put aside the Latin Mass and speak our truth to the people in the language they understand. Yes, it should be still the gospel, but we must show that we are now the radicals and the dems are the "Establishment", "The Man".

Actually, he's doing exactly what he's been told to do and they know what they are doing. He was speaking to the nation at large, he was speaking to any democrat who was thinking of waffling or trying to get another sweetheart deal. The WH knows it hasn't anymore, or at least not very much, it can give in goodies, so they had him (a senator from a "safe" state) put the rest on notice, "we can replace you and here's how we will destroy you in our party".

You see, in most states where there are democrats as senators, it is because they have a large, population center, or two, that contains a large segment of people who are easily swayed and who have been programmed since birth that the democrats are the only ones who care about...

Ahh as she cries her crocodile tears, "Oh, I never expected them to be dishonest, to mislead me, to go back on their word." And what did she actually think the dems would do? Keep their word? She is either too naive to hold her office, too stupid to hold her office, or thinks her constituents are too stupid and naive and will believe that and therefore should be voted out of office. In any event, let's make RINOs and endangered species, shall we?
They have changed their name to hide themselves, let us change our name to proclaim ourselves. Let us all be Radical Constitutionalists, let us become the new Sons of Liberty, the Red-haired Step Children of Freedom, or perhaps better, the B*st**ds of Ben Franklin. Let us become the new radicals of the 21st century, the Free Radicals (if you will).

Let us and our cries against their tyranny and injustice become their Inconvenient Truths. Let us take their crap and, like the monkeys they think we are and call us, throw it right back at them. Let us embrace their hate and venom. Let us call ourselves Tea Baggers and Swift Boaters and be proud to be counted amongst them. I remember a poster I saw once. It said, "If you were...
Something about Kirk, he's an opportunist, he also knows what he has to do and say to get elected and stay in office. Right now that is listening to the people who elect/elected you. As the attitude of the people swings, so will his.

The main thing right now, though, is to get the people of Illinois used to the idea that their senator can be something other than a democrat and still work for them in Washington. As oppossed to his opponent, he at least isn't involved in any scandal or tainted by corruption. If the people of this state can be convinced that "democrat" equals "corruption" and "republican" does not, then we have a better chance of electing a real constitutionalist over D. Turbin in the next race. We must, if we wish...
