What's confusing is the her husband said we had 40 million uninsured people so we need Obamacare. Now we'll still have 30 million uninsured AFTER Obamacare. So we're paying $2 trillion and rebuilding the entire system to cover 10 million? Why not just put them on Medicaid Herr President? Or just pay their premiums? There wasn't a less confusing way to do this? I guess Michelle understands it.
