Sheesh, where did you go to school Bruce? If an owner doesn't charge the rentor enough to cover repairs, insurance, property taxes and (some) profit, they won't be an owner for very long! I like the funeral for the bankers idea. The housing bubble could not have inflated without those at the top of banks, mortgage companies, and insurers, including fannie and freddie, enticing appraisers to pump up prices and to justify the newer, higher price on paper. The appraiser, in the buying process, is picked by the bank and paid for, usually, by the buyer. Therefore, during the extremes of the bubble, the bank lied to the home buyer on one end, and to the investors who bought the bundles of toxic mortgages on the other end.
Ted, oh Ted, snap out of it! Most journalists admit to being liberal and having gone into journalism to "make a difference". Do you ever tire of that ring in your nose?

Democrats are different! I can't say, cause I'm not that old, but were democrats this bad, say pre-Reagan? My God, they seem to have no regard whatsoever for honesty.

It's down right frightening to know that Pelosi sets the agenda and has to approve almost all legislation.

I saw a picture of the 12 pro-life house democrats, who threaten to stall Obamacare, all white. Is there not a single pro-life black democrat in the U.S. House?? Not one??

Obama railing against the court in the SOTU address, no regard for civility or protocol. No, I'm afraid that things have become far more dangerous for America, because of the enemy within. All the more reason to DEMAND that Republican candidates are straight with us on how...
You just don't want them coming to AZ.

Let me guess, you fled Florida a couple of years ago to get away from them and the higher sales and property taxes that have been passed to pay for the needed infrastructure improvements.

You forgot to mention the cost of thousands of new state and local gov. employees that we are wondering what to do with now that sales tax revenues are down and the second highest foreclosure rate in the nation is resulting in about a twenty percent drop in total tax collections.

Lay twenty percent of Florida's gov. workers off? Big increase of Ohioans headed to AZ!
and Arkansas to help bail out Cali. Those poor people in CA shouldn't have to bear this burden alone. The Terminator wants federal money to pay his bills. Fork it over Mississippi.

This is like taking money from me to give to the UAW, an outfit that has screwed me out of several thousand dollars already. I bought some of those unmitigated pieces of crap that GM sells.

So yeah, lets the rest of us get together and give those poor public sector union workers in CA a few bbbillion dollars... I'm glad that I have Townhall to vent on, otherwise I might go... POSTAL!!!

I have personally known a few Rinos and I've told them to their face how little I thought of them.

What I am reading here is helping me understand this issue and the true intent of the Tea Party. I whole heartedly support the challenges in the primaries, and will support Rubio over Crist here in any way that I can.

After the primaries though things get a little tough. My best arguement over the years, to win over voters to the Republican, has been the Supreme Court.

I remind everyone, that we are one Democrat appointee to the SCOTUS, away from an anti-gun majority. I'm as conservative as they come, but the SCOTUS is all we have right now, and it is a mighty thin line of defense at this juncture. I'm as ticked at...

knows what makes one a racist. Of course minorities and liberals can't be racist, because their IQ is so high.
We know formerly poor liberals and minorities are smart enough to take part of the burger flipper's money, while pursuing the arts.- Tool.

Who Does President Obama Really Hate?

During his campaign for president this dimwit said that he would talk to Aukmedenenjblob "without precondition". Remember, Hilary chastised him mightily for it?

Now, brainchild says that he doesn't want to talk to the CEO of BP because the CEO will...
"just say what I want to hear",

Someone said that this clown smokes, has anyone checked to see WHAT he's packing his pipe WITH?

Let's see, ole Aukmedgetajob can be trusted to give you the truth the whole truth and nothing but.....That guy over there at BP however.... not so much.

It's the freakin Twilight Zone. Hey, wait a minute, doesn't Obama look a lot like Rod Serling? Just sayin!!
