Why do people discuss their sexual preferences at work? Does the work have anything to do with one's sexual preference? This is absolutely silly. Everyone should keep their sexual preference to himself. Stop burdening others with it. And any place that lets a person go because of their preference should be closed down. They aren't a legitimate business in the first place. This guy has a case against his employer.

These people should be able to use a scripture under their signature. To not allow them to do so is discrimination against their Christian faith.
