Hundreds of thousands of Christians have fled Iraq since we invaded the country in 2003. Did any conservatives take note of that?

Difference. Egypt own government is encouraging it vs lawless religion of peace minions in Iraq. Not that you care. Can't make a brutal dictatorship without break a few eggs.
