If party control over the Senate were not so crucial I might welcome Scott Brown as senator from MA. We need more representatives who do not adhere to a strict party line, who can work with representatives from the other side.

No we don't. Conservatives have been "compromising" with progressives long enough. It's why we're in the state we're in. We need constitutional conservatives willing to stand up and tell all these progressives to pound sand.
