The real problem on campuses is not some sex education weeks but hardcore partying, Animal House style, including binge drinking (sometimes fatal), violence, dangerous initiations and promiscuous sex. Fraternities are the major offenders. Some colleges, such as Penn State, are especially notorious in thus regard.
