The Constitution says that what the administration finds satisfactory is irrelevant. Perhaps if someone in the administration would show an interest in showing up for work once in a while, we would not have so much trouble with diplomats and border agents getting killed.
President Obama's recent stumping for a federal preschool initiative has promised a lot to America. In his State of the Union speech, he spoke of making "high-quality preschool available to every single child in America." In his push, however, President Obama is promising something he has no plan to deliver.
