Letterman did nothing noble? He could have easily paid off the guy and no one would have ever known. He had a big enough set to fess up, tell the world, go to the cops and get the bum arrested. Now, THAT's admirable.

When was the last time a Republican politician ever owned up to his mess? Vetter? Craig? Gingrich? DeLay? Never.

((And yes.... screen names do get bounced around here. Mine has often suddenly switched from my last name to my first and once even to my address.))
