Does Iraq Make Bush a "Failed President"?

I would love to find out why everybody, it seems, is avoiding the fact that Saddam had WMD. (watching the inquiry about the war in Iraq on the beeb has reminded me of this) It is really gettin' me that even today the hypnosis is so stark! I remember when Al Qaeda thugs attacked the govt. of Jordan. This was after we invaded Iraq. (I think?) Anyhow, history shows that he had them and used them on the Kurds in the north and on the Shiites in the south. (I think) and moved them at the warning of the Russians. I saw a report the day that the attack on Jordan was staged and even my local news reported it (a flippin' CBS affiliate!) on the 5:00 edition Pacific time, and then a total blackout on it! And I haven't heard one word about it...
