This will become a non-issue. The Obama regime will simply change the law by fiat administratively, give them waivers, or Obma will create an Executive Order. It's a tempest in a teapot, so to speak. Their snivelling (the unions) is totally unnecessary and I do not expect it to generate much interest on the part of the MSM.
