Only they can't play it in public school classrooms anymore, can they? The U.S., the country I spent 20 years defending, the country I loved, is no more. The country it IS I cannot defend, and is undeniably on the decline. And there are many, many, many in the liberal community that would love to dance on it's grave...even though it is but a pale shadow, a transparent ghost of the country it use ot be.

It was wholly a pleasure to get your video of Kate Smith singing "God Bless America" as only she could -- and did. It rekindled childhood memories of listening to the Kate Smith radio show every school day morning at 9 in Miss Hinkle's fourth grade class. It was the best part of the day, not counting baseball at recess. It included a wrap-up of the day's news, and so fulfilled the Current Events requirement.
