Actually, the collapse was a self-regulation in response to excessive gvt. interference. Another example of highly nonlinear dynamical systems.

Nicely put and accurate. Also, I believe that the real regulatory "Body" is the one who built into the universe the relf regulatory characteristics it posesses. Don´t just think of the material world as the universe, but also the conceptual and the expressive. Things come into existence in three stages: first, the Conception. Then the Expression. And last, the Realization or Fruition. That last may seem unrelated, but I included it in order to demonstrate that order is inescapable in the uniiverse, and also to steer us all away from a purely materialistic view of any issues.
