Well, instances in which the life of the mother is in grave danger could be construed as "self-defense" or at least the defense of another person's life. However, in modern medicine such instances are EXCEEDINGLY rare, and the best course of action would be to advance medicine to a point that would eliminate entirely the necessity for choosing one life over another.

Cases of rape and incest have no such case. Their assault is already past tense. They can't defend themselves further, and the baby poses no harm to them. Either find a surrogate or give it up for adoption - there is no rational reason to kill the baby.
