Palin knows, as well as everyone should, that the convention must be Paul Ryan's moment. The excitement created around her presence would detract from HIS important role. Palin knows how to be a team player, despite what her haters say. It is Ryan's turn to do at this Convention what Palin did at the last one. She has more important work to do anyway.,

Former Alaska Governor and Vice Presidential nominee Sarah Palin will not be giving a speech at the RNC convention in Tampa at the end of the month. Instead, she will work to mobilize grassroots voters to support Romney/Ryan and will focus on taking back the Senate. Palin issued a statement about the decision on the blog of Fox News host Greta Van Susteren.
